We are all looking for more energy right!  What about more vitality too, that zest for life that we had but just can't quite get back these days.  What about Wellth?  Yes Wellth?  The abundance of feeling Well!  All of these things are unique to all of us.  How do you find what is right for you?

Are you confused by all the conflicting information about what to eat, how to eat, why to eat, what to put on your body, in your body, what's in our environment, how much water to drink, how much exercise should I be doing, what to do next?

I feel for you.  I get confused sometimes too.  This is why I created this program.

A simple, effective and flexible program to suit your needs.

So what does it involve?

Well, you can register for the whole program or you can dip in and out as you like.
The complete program will be offered as an online event.  If you miss an episode, just listen to the recording.

Water and Air - vital for all life.  How much should we have, how to make sure it is clean and pure,it's importance for body and mind.  Breathe techniques and tips for hydrating your body.

Cleanliness is all about de-toxing.  What you are using in your home, on your body, in your body and around us.  Learn about hormone disruptors and how to minimise them in your life.  What to use instead and tips for de-toxing your body.

Balancing lifestyle.
Learn what this really means.  How you can create a balanced life.  Reduce stresses and strains of work and family and create a space for living, loving and laughter.

Movement.   So how much exercise do we need.  What can we do if we can't move.  Increasing recovery times from injury, illness and exercise.  The importance of movement and all the aspects of our lives that it affects.
