These people all completed 1 cycle of the program (just 6 weeks) and achieved good success with their goals. We recommend staying with us for a minimum of 12 months to ensure we maintain motivation, teach you how to keep on track, know what to eat and when, how to deal with a 'wobble' and recover in the right way and to establish good habits. A habit usually needs a minimum of 90 days to establish itself, sometimes longer, especially if we are re-training old bad habits and replacing with new more supportive ones.
