This is THE most important part of our program.  The number 1 reason people fail at their health and weight loss goals is lack of motivation and persistence.  The only reason this happens, is a fake goal.  A meaningless reason to lose weight. 

We ensure you have a specific, measurable, achievable desire that we can help you to move towards.  The reason 'why' you do anything is the key to keeping you moving forward.  We will help you to create tools and tap into proven strategies to maintain motivation and stay on track.

Finding your why, create a goal that is achievable for you.  Get access to motivational podcasts and receive free coaching from our experienced team.  Stay with us and help us to help you stay on track for success.

You must stay in contact with your coach at all times.  We are here to  help you, not judge or reprimand you.

3. Fill Your Nutritional Gaps

Whilst working towards any new goal it is imperative to ensure you have the correct nutrition to provide the energy and motivation to move you in the right direction.  Correct and quality supplementation is a must to ensure your body chemistry is supported through your change.  Scientific research shows that overweight and obese people often have several vitamin and mineral deficiencies which contributes to their inability to shed their pounds.

We can all admit to the underachievement of our minimum recommended 2 fruit and 5 veg daily.  Do we all eat our minimum 2 serves of fish per week.  What about the detrimental effect of alcohol, medications, cigarettes and of course stress.  All take their toll on our well-being.  Yes, a well balanced diet can provide all the right nutrition but who always achieves a balanced diet without any stress?

4. Move Your Body

You need to move your body to create an increase in the mitochondria that are responsible for creating energy.  These mitochondria are like little engines.  In the course of their energy production they create by-products.  We need to make sure we eat well before during and after exercise to support the removal of these by-products.  These by-products or free radicals are responsible for so many inflammatory conditions.  

Mild exercise is the fourth key element to your success.  WE will work with you to help you achieve a level or exercise that suits you, moving you towards your goals for health and fitness.

This program does not have an intensive exercise routine.  Regular walking with an introduction of mild resistance training later in the program will ensure great results.

Whatever your current ability, we will work with you to improve your mobility, flexibility and stamina.


Evidence that Optimal Health Really Works


These people all completed 1 cycle of the program (just 6 weeks) and achieved good success with their goals.   We recommend staying with us for a minimum of 3 cycles or 18 weeks to ensure we maintain motivation, teach you how to keep on track, know what to eat and when, how to deal with a 'wobble' and recover in the right way and to establish good habits.  A habit usually needs  a minimum of 90 days to establish itself, sometimes longer, especially if we are re-training old bad habits and replacing with new more supportive ones.
